Personal Training

You will receive a free consultation to discuss your fitness goals. A workout program will be designed to fit your specific needs. One on one sessions will take place where you will be pushed to reach your full potential and get the results you're looking for.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training Sessions can be 2 to 3 people. Work out with friends, spouses or someone looking towards similar fitness goals. A workout program will be designed with your groups specific needs.

Monday Madness

Start your week off right with this high energy cardio and strength training workout! New and exciting moves weekly. 

Mondays at 8:30am 

Group Class

Full Body Stretching

Take time for yourself to breathe and decompress. Stretching promotes muscle health and flexibility. Candles and soft music will set the mood for a relaxing full body stretching class. 

Wednesdays at 7:45pm

A boot camp style class filled with cardio and strength training moves to burn maximum calories and keep you energized!
